Content on the Site is for general informational and marketing purposes only. STASIS is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 3. Waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist or newsletter does not guarantee product availability, pricing, delivery timing, or purchase rights. Features, pricing (including any shipping or subscription amounts shown on the Site), and timelines are estimates and may change. Any future purchase will be subject to separate checkout terms presented at that time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt its operation.
- Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to submit forms except with our written permission.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property

8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STASIS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STASIS from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
